At Levels 1-3, a verified execution is packaged into a portable, issuer-signed Execution Assurance Certificate that stands on its own, detached from any Intentrax interface.
At Level 4 and Sovereign, the artifact becomes an Execution Assurance Instrument — the same signed proof bound to an operating, procurement, underwriting, or claims decision, with scope and review trail attached.
Whether it is a certificate or an instrument, the recipient can verify it independently through the public verifier.
